Description: A short description of the legislation.

The objective of this Act is to protect and conserve environmental items of State or Local Heritage significance in NSW through the operation and establishment of the Heritage Council.

Application to Australian agriculture: Where the legislation is applicable.

This Act ensures agricultural developments in NSW to do not impact environmental items of Heritage significance.
